Shipping & delivery

We plan to ship to the United States and Canada only once the shop opens. Addresses outside these two countries will not be supported. Before launch, we must confirm: carriers, packing and handling times, shipping rates, tracking availability, shipping insurance, and what happens if a parcel is lost or damaged.

Returns, refunds & damaged items

We want clear expectations for buyers, especially for used merchandise where condition matters. Before opening, decide: whether returns are accepted, the return-request window, eligibility for opened packages, who pays return shipping, and where returns must be sent.

Nothing in the final policy will limit consumer rights required by applicable law. Sellers must clearly disclose the condition, defects and included accessories for new and used products.

Privacy policy

On this preview site, checkout and email subscription forms are not active. If you email us, your message will be handled by the email provider. The web host may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

When a storefront is enabled, Treasures Vault Vending expects to use information such as name, contact details, delivery address, item/order details, and payment status to process purchases, respond to questions, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Payment card details should be handled by a reputable third-party checkout provider rather than this site.

Before launch, complete and verify: the legal business/operator name; postal address and contact information; payment and shipping processors; cookie/analytics usage; whether and how data is shared; legal bases and retention periods where required; user data rights, opt-outs and request procedures; and policies for minors and applicable jurisdictions. Do not collect marketing email addresses until you have a valid subscription and consent process.

Terms of sale & marketplace use

Treasures Vault Vending is developing a marketplace for eligible new and pre-owned consumer products. Buyers and sellers must be truthful about item details. No checkout, registration, public uploads or payments are active in this preview.

• Eligible products: genuine lawful consumer goods only, whether new, open-box, pre-owned or refurbished. Sellers must fully disclose defects, wear, functionality and included accessories.
• Media: up to 6 product images and 1 short video per listing. Proposed limits: 8 MB per image, 30 seconds and 50 MB per video. Sellers must own or have permission to post the media.
• Prohibited products: stolen, counterfeit, pirated, recalled, unsafe or illegal goods; restricted weapons, explosives, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, hazardous chemicals and products prohibited by payment providers.
• Marketplace fees: proposed $0.20 for each published listing and 4% of the item selling price for a successful sale, excluding separately charged shipping and applicable taxes. Payment processing is extra.
• Shipping: only to United States and Canadian addresses. See the shipping policy and potential Canadian import fees.
• Protection: complete final returns, refunds, moderation, dispute, tax and privacy terms must be adopted before actual orders start.
